AeroMech Support is specialized in performing detailed strength calculations and compiling certification reports of structures for the aerospace, offshore and heavy mechanical industry. We guide the structural engineering processes from conceptual to detailed phase. We have an overview of what is necessary from start to end. As a team player we can help you to innovate. Since computers are getting faster and faster, the amount of elements in finite element calculations is growing. To be able to post process the results from these calculations, special software is required to handle these large amount of elements. Every industry has its own regulations and design rules. This is why we have developed our own post processing programs based on the standards of today. We are familiar with the WSD (Work Stress Design) or ASD (Allowable Stress Design) as well as the LSD (Limit Stress Design) 0r LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design). We know how to implement the LSD (or LRFD) method since this is the method used in the aerospace for decades.

We have the experience and the know how to perform detailed fatigue and crack growth analyses. Based on FEM calculations we post process the spectrum with the aid of in house written tools. An example can be downloaded here.

We are specialized in the post processing of fiber reinforced composite structures. An in house tool has been developed to accelerate the analyses and optimize the constructions in no time. The computer does the job in one mouse click.
